Strengthen and Align

Monday 6:00 - 7:00 pm

This class is suitable for people who have completed a beginners course or would like to consolidate their practice. The curriculum is structured to build your strength and flexibility over a number of weeks. Mindfulness and relaxation are incorporated into each class and you will finish the class feeling calm and centered.

Casual attendance is also possible.

Tuesday Tune-up

Tuesday 9:00 - 10:00 am

A yoga class that focuses on strength, flexibility and relaxation, with an emphasis on core stability and balance. Using a combination of flowing and remedial poses with breath work, this practice will assist you to effectively care for your body and mind.

This class is suitable for yogis with all levels of ability and experience.

Work Antidote

Tuesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm

This class is for those who need some movement and relaxation after the working day. The classes are designed for people with some yoga experience and can be quite challenging. Each class will incorporate movement to get the blood moving after a day at work, and relaxation to help you wind down from your day.

Yoga for Healthy Ageing

Wednesday 3:00 - 4:00 pm

Yoga for healthy aging is an inclusive class facilitating participation by all. With a strong focus on falls prevention, accessible poses will develop mobility and agility, build strength and improve balance. The use of chairs and other props will increase the accessibility of this class. Yoga for healthy aging can improve respiratory and cardiovascular function, relieve anxiety and depression, and ease pain and chronic stress.

Mindful Moments

Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm

This is a Level 1 class that continues the yoga practice developed during your yoga beginner’s course. The classes aim to leave you feeling both invigorated and relaxed through a combination of yoga poses as well as a mindful practice and relaxation.

Beginners' Yoga

Thursdays 10:00 - 11:00 am

These classes are for yoga newbies or those who want to re-visit the basics. We will teach you the foundational poses of yoga and start to build your strength and flexibility. Mindfulness and relaxation are incorporated into each class and you will finish each class feeling calm and centred.

Rest and reset

Every second Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 pm, starting August 1

Nurture your nervous system and give yourself the permission to slow down. This restorative yoga class encourages you to spend time in stillness and quiet. You will be guided into long-held passive poses, supported by props, with the aim of finding comfort and ease while gently releasing muscle tension. Every class will end with deep relaxation. Perfect for those who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and in need of true rest.

Yoga Nidra

Last Sunday of each month 4:00 - 5:00 pm (but not offered in Term 3 2024).

Yoga nidra is a form of deep relaxation, also called “yogic sleep" in which we enter a state of harmonious, restful being.  It is similar to savasana, but goes further, allowing you to enter a deep meditative state. This is a stress-releasing, restorative practice that nourishes body and soul.
