Our philosophy is to teach a yoga that unites body, mind and breath, promoting wellbeing while at the same time stretching and strengthening the body. Our style of yoga is best decribed as hatha yoga. The classes range from gentle rest and reset classes to more vigorous classes suitable for those with previous yoga experience.
